Meelunie is a supplier of agricultural ingredients and it offers tapioca starch under its food product category. Tapioca flour is the starchy and fibrous food powder obtained from the roots of cassava plants after a wet and dry milling process. It is used in the manufacture of a wide range of products, including bakery products (biscuits), sheeted and extruded snacks, soups, sauces, gravies, puddings and pie fillings, pudding powders, and dairy desserts, processed meat, etc. It is also used in various applications in the paper industry. It is a white powder with neutral taste.
