THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy MS Dynamics 365 application manager with a drive for process simplification and innovation (including AI) to join our dynamic team. You’ll ensure that business can perform their work in our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment (e.g., F&O, C4C, CRM, portals). You are responsible for business continuity and continuous improvement, working alongside a team of experts.
You will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and innovating our internal processes, with a strong focus on leveraging Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Power BI, and AI-driven solutions.
What do we expect from you:
- Serve as the internal expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O & CRM, ensuring optimal use across departments.
- Solve support issues, potentially with the help of our external partner
- Ensure the responsibility matrix is correctly set up in the system.
- Lead the adoption and integration of AI tools to streamline operations and boost productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements without compromising agility.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations (F&O), CRM).
- Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications in business environments.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Proficient in Business English.
- Proactive mentality & ability to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Nice to have: Proven experience in process improvement.
